Start your artistic journey in color with artist/instructor Carla Cebrelli.

This is a fun and comprehensive “Paint with Pencils” class that is open to all skill levels. Create colorful art and improve your drawing skills while exercising the principles of color theory, value and composition, using graphite pencil and colored pencils.

This class will begin with a short discussion on color theory and blending and matching sample color swatches to prepare for the application on your art work. The versatility of colored pencils allows the artist to create either opaque paint-like finishes or light and subtle pastel blends.

IMAGES: Students will bring their own simple one subject reference photo of their choice, such as a single flower, cactus or still life, but be sure to notify Carla in advance at teachnpaint@gmail.com if you need one.

So, bring along your creativity and learn to go beyond your reference photo to create life and atmosphere. Join us; you’ll be impressed with what you can accomplish!

The Pebble Creek Art Club reserves the right to change, reschedule and or cancel classes.

Registration cancellations will be accepted until Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at 5:00 PM

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made by April 15, 2025 by 5pm for a credit or refund to be issued. A credit can be applied to another class, or a refund requested from the Club Treasurer. Cancellations MUST be made through the Pebble Creek Art Club website by the registrant. To cancel your registration, go to www.pcartclub.org, log in, navigate to the calendar and click on the class, then click on the Cancel Registration button and follow the prompts.
